We’ve done horse shoe bend, monument valley and Zion this year, along with Pikes peak and garden of the gods. A lot of my time in the military was spent as a wilderness survival instructor so we do a ton of camping and adventuring as crudely as we can. Lucky to have a women who enjoys the adventure and doesn’t beg for an RV.

Yes, precisely. But we also do things a bit more off the path. We’ve back packed fairly extensively and I’ll use a metal match for our fire and iodine for water collection. We’ve also opted to go tentless and build our own shelter once. Not every women would be down for that.

I usually watch the Mets game during Ranger game commercials. Tonight is a DeGrom game though. If the Rangers play lackluster again and don’t play the kids then the Rangers game will be watched only during Mets game commercials.
