we're such a poorly coached team. I do not know how some dont see it

Explain. I want to learn. I'm not being facetious.

There is no system, its all pond hockey. So in the defensive zone when players look lost and dont know where to go.. thats because gallant has not implented any system Offensively its the same which is fine if you want to continue to see the cross ice pass and hope it works from panarin.

He does not line match, which in a game can and is important to make sure you have your offensive players in the best position to suceed and to have your best defensive line against their top players.

The constant line juggling and just going back to what does not work. Wash rinse repeat.

He does not care about trying to coach up our kids and get them better. Which would help the team now and the future.

Has no real accountability for players on the team.

Thats just to name a few.

We have great talent on this team but imagine a coach who cares about winning and making his young players better, a coach who will match up lines in game to give us an edge, a coach who can implement a defensive system so players know where to go, who to take, and not leave the f***ing slot open all the time.
