Lower back issues as well. The most effective way I've been able to explain it to doctors is that it feels like I'm a GI Joe who's rubber band is on its last days, haha.

I've dealt with back pain almost my entire teenage + adult life. It definitely takes the sail out of your boat and makes even routine tasks doubly hard. I've only had some sustained relief recently after a few months of physical therapy to strengthen my core (that was, funnily enough, for a non back related injury).
