The Vancouver series as a whole, and Stoll's goal(and of course Lewis's effort), are among the best moments in this championship seasons in both categories. Whatever negatives Stoll may have had a player, he's got that moment.

He was also the one trying to get in front of Crawford in OT.

If he was willing to take a reduced rate, he would have been extended before the season was over, but I'm pretty sure Stoll wanted to keep the same money at least and that wasn't in the cards. He only had to take much less cash later because of the incident in Vegas.
