I love the smiles from the players in the second half of the game.

Big Z 's smile and reaction when he scored made the fans smile . Chara was really into the game yesterday.

Brad was smiling often too.

I was a fun game except for the injury to Kevan.

Nice too see the much need breakout for the offence especially against a team that could be with them in the end battling for the PO spot. With the leafs charging and the Sens dropping out of their spot in sets up more opportunities to avoid an early golf season.

Neutralized the Flyers PP with a couple of their own and of course Marshy making them pay on another. Throw in two even strength and the EN'er and they come out on top or even in the keys areas. So many guys rounding into shape at a critical time. Marshy back on track in a big way. Lots of room for optimism. As Tuukka referenced they can feel it.

Hope Killer is ok following the shades of Bergy situation. Agree with comments in the GDT that it is the most dangerous play in hockey by far.

Get ready for the Isles and the ever dangerous Tavares. Keep it rolling B's and you will be rewarded.

I liked Tuukka's comment after the game:

think it was Krug unless they said the same thing?

“It’s starting to come,†Krug said. “We can sense right now in our locker room that we’re on the verge of something right now. Hopefully we can string a couple wins together. You can see how dangerous our team is when our power play’s clicking, our penalty kill’s where it’s at, and Tuukks is seeing the puck the way he is. I don’t think many teams want to play us when we’re atour best.â€

It's not fun to play hockey when your losing. Winning can be infectious.:yo:

Indeed, the way the B`s played in the first half of the season, and the games opponents have in hand have made every game so important, just can`t afford to take nights/days off, I have enjoyed watching this team for the most part this year, I don`t feel like they are ripping off the fans in the effort department but as pointed out by a player or two after the Preds loss, moral victories don`t count

Let`s hope some of the puck luck they didn`t have for most of the year starts to shift

It started yesterday.

If Bergeron's PP goal doesn't bounce off of the dman into the top corner, odds are B's lose that game. That would have been a 5 minute PP squandered, still a one goal game. Philly would have had all the momentum and they have always been an excellent come-from-behind team. (Thought this thread needed some negativity)

Haha, yep, even Marchand`s shorty, not exactly a tic tack toe play, flukey goal which would have had someone here starting a "Trade Tuukka" thread

Yes, you are correct! I went back and it was Krug.

Or just face horrible backups like Neuvirth.

Mason does not appear he would have provided a better test. Caps pumped 5 by him in Washington today before being pulled in the 2nd. GT and D have been the Flyers Achilles heal this season. Offense has helped off set it until recently but it may have finally caught up to them.

Goaltending has been a problem for Philly once Hextall was gone
