I don’t know. Considering the roster tonight, I’m pretty amazed. That was pretty amazing.

Yeah when you factor that in, it was impressive. My opinion was probably colored a bit much by the immediacy of how sketchy most of the 3rd was, but yes, when you consider the absences on D, taken as a whole that was pretty great and a nice surprise. Either way, a very good win.

Bruins played with a bee in their bonnet and it clearly worked for them. Says a lot about how valued Kastelic is in that locker room. Lots of hits with intent and rough stuff, even more amazing was the good finishing in putting pucks in the net, crazier still perhaps was the way the under-manned defense held up, especially in the first 2 periods but even, just barely, in the 3rd.

Freddy was great. The defenders as a unit did a very good job apart from a couple of bad lapses. Poitras had a good showing in his first game back. Busy and looking to create. Lattieri and Callahan filled their parts. The senior guys came through when they needed to. Sway played a big boy (big contract?) game.

Now, how can they bottle this and keep building on it from here? That's the next challenge.

Gutsy effort, no one can say that both Florida and TB took the night off against the Bruins, both teams brought it hard but the Bruins found a way to win, mostly because of Swayman and some opportunistic scoring. Will be very tough going forward without McAvoy and Lindholm. It also seems clear to me that Sacco dosen't trust Korpisalo, going to run Swayman into the ground with the number of shots he is facing.

Exactly what I was feeling way more energy this game wasn’t sure about the outcome but thought we’d at least get more shots before the 3rd and win puck battles vs just depending on Swayman tho he was pretty much lights out again.

Well done let’s build off of this one..

Loved seeing Poitras back in the lineup, and good to see Wotherspoon notch his 1st NHL, goal and Callahan get his NHL debut.

And, especially loved seeing the Old Swayman back...that's the guy who they were looking to earn the big contract

You know, when they called that trip on Carlo, I'm thinking it just can't come easy. Then Lindholm with a big defensive zone faceoff win and Peeke with the goal into the open net ... I could breathe again.
The team dug down tonight. Another great game by Swayman. Keep building on this.

This is certainly not an earth shattering issue……but it seems pretty dumb that at this point in the season any team would have 4 games in hand over another…especially a division rival.

Not expecting every team to be even but 4 games is a lot 3.5 months in.

Overall really good team win. And nice to see Swayman playing like Swayman lately.

I think Tampa seems like a team that puts pucks on net, so the shot totals are somewhat excusable. I think we play with fire letting teams shoot like that, but it works I guess.

Glad to see the team toughness and having each other’s backs, that goes a long ways.
