I thought the hit on Kopeke caught too much of his head as the initial point of contact to be legal.

I've come around to the point where I think any contact to the head should be called a penalty regardless of player positioning.

Thats tough. Might as well get rid of checking all together then. That hit wouldve had no head contact if kopeke didnt lean forward to clear the puck. Raddyash was already committed to a clean 50/50 puck battle hit.

It's not that easy. It really, really isn't. Like i said, you can drive through the chest as clean as can be but hit the head after the initial contact.
