We need to get this game tonight. The teams we need to lose are losing around us and we can't put ourselves in a position where we could go 0-2 over the next two games while we have an opportunity to make up ground. The Avalanche game will be difficult - 3rd in 4, back to back, travel and altitude. Need to get the two points that are more easily achieved.

If we could somehow win both tonight and tomorrow we're going to put ourselves in a great position the rest of the year to win the division.
