True, obviously it took him some time to get up to speed/ healthy. It's too bad his detractors will point to the first half of the season when he's clearly only playing like himself now

When he finds his game that line comes alive, as evidenced on this road trip

To be honest, posters here have not been very harsh with Bergy.
He's had some kind of a free pass, and deservedly so.

Somewhere in the middle
Aside from the injuries I am patiently awaiting updates on I though it was a great game.

Same here, it is great.

I was on the ferry from Vancouver and the MLB playoffs were one, I streamed it and had a couple guys sit with me watching it on a tiny screen.

Good times.

I was watching streams instead of my nhl.tv subscription last year because the streams were of better quality than what nhl.tv was putting out there.

I cancelled my nhl.tv/GCL subscription this year after purchasing it for around 7 or 8 consecutive seasons because of the horrific quality of the product they rolled out mid season last year. I have a network based htpc setup in my house and I hear even to this day nhl.tv is still terrible streaming to PC. That whole mlb takeover where they redesigned everything around use on mobile phones & tablets is just bad.

Bruins need help on defence folks.Great win and needed 2 pts .But if they sneak in and want to upset a Montreal per say they will need help back there.Kevin Shattenkirk anyone ?

He played.Put him on Bruins you would notice fast.Put it this way.Not going anywhere no help back there added. They dominated that game last nite and still gave up 3 goals.

To be fair 2 of the goals were on the PP while the other one was late...so I'm not worried about allowing 3 when we scored 5.

Something like holding the Blues to 2 shots in a period is more telling how well they played.

I was being serious about Shattenkirk because I really didn't notice him. Parayko stood out

I know you were being serious. But do not let one game of the Bruins D looking ok fool you.Its the same team who vanished twice vs Leafs 4 to 1 and lost to the Islanders bad ..Anyways I am happy they looked ok last nite but I stand by comment they need help on backend if they want to make playoffs prediction. If not Shatty someone else.

That's what is great about these sites. We all have different opinions ..But when we have likes of Kevin Miller we cannot complain about a Shattenkirk in my books :sarcasm: lol Well jokes aside it should be interesting to see if Don Sweeney makes a real trade or wastes assets like he did last year.
