Game wasn't on in Western Canuckland. I believe Sportsneteast carried the game and I don't have that channel in my cable package. It's happened before, this is like the 3rd game I was not able to watch.:shakehead:shakehead

NHL CI 200$
Cable bill 200$
Not being able to watch the Bruins PRICELESS!!! LOL

On a side note I did get to watch Buffalo soften up the flyer's for the game on SAT...

if the bruins games get blacked out. go buy a $40 firestick.
its rediculous to pay that much and you cant watch what u want.

The Bs had 23 wins after 44 games last year.

They are a much better team this year, though. The only problem is that their record doesn't reflect that.

But they are dominating the possession game most nights, much better defensively, much more resilient, etc. Just not getting goals or consistent wins to show for it.

I realize wins are all that matters, but this team has improved quite a bit in a lot of areas.

Spooner looked really good at center. That's where he needs to stay. Stop trying to make him a winger. Spooner could use Vatrano or Czarnik on his line.

Let's not forget, we were in first place in March before the wheels come off the bus.

Hopefully with a much lighter second half schedule, it'll help keep guys rested and have more energy as the season winds down.

A fun game and a nice win. I didn't see it coming and am pleasantly surprised. The only part not enjoyable was watching the injuries happen. It was brutal in that respect - hoping for some good news on Quaider and C. Miller. I am glad we have some defensive depth this season.

I thought the B's did a tremendous job down to 4 D in the third. Let's hope they continue to roll and get a nice streak going.

Nice win, problem we`ve seen this year, this team struggles to put back to back performances like last night together, sure be nice if they break that trend and play the same way in Nashville.

Feel bad for Quaider but I`ve made little secret I`d rather see more speed/mobility back there in his place. I`ll keep my fingers crossed and my crow fork ready in the case it winds up being a "careful what you wish for" type of scenario but I am guessing I won`t need it

More concerned about Miller, that leg did not look good at all just when the kid was playing, arguably his best hockey as a pro

I would like to see the Bruins get 3 out of 4 points in the next two games .

For any other nerds like me that may care, last night:
Bergeron tied Dallas Smith for 8th all-time in games played by a Bruin.

Krejci tied Adam Oates for 14th all-time in points and 6th all-time among centers.

We've been really lucky having these two in Boston for the last decade.

Great win last night. Bruins had speed, the Bergy line was dominating, the Krejci line had great chances, Spooner line created also plenty of scoring chances and the PP scored 2. Rask had some timely saves early and the Bruins never let the Blues back into the game. Love that C.Miller was back in too. If McQuaid injury is serious. please no Liles. Have Morrow back in instead.

Count me as one of the nerds. It's even more impressive when you consider this is for an original six team with over 90 years of history.

ST LOUIS — Blues fans finally had their chance to say farewell to David Backes Tuesday night, and the Bruins responded to the love-in at Scottrade Center by scoring four early goals that, in part, reminded Blues fans just how much they miss their former captain.

In the end, Brad Marchand (2), Frank Vatrano, Brandon Carlo, and Torey Krug all scored for the Bruins, pacing a 5-3 victory that kept Boston still in possession of a playoff berth in the Eastern Conference.

Only halfway through the season, still with 38 games to play in the regular season, the picture has become that focused for the Bruins. It’s all about avoiding a third straight postseason DNQ.

Stupid Sportsnet didn't have the game on even though they said they were going to, so I watched it on my phone.

How do the Bruins outshoot team 2-1 and still not have more points then they do.

How did Backes get a 2, 5, and a 10 for that, BS.

Great game all around, sad to see McQuaid go down but he seems to be injured at least once or twice a season, probably because of the game he plays.

Marchand is getting hot, Vatrano should always be in the top 6, and C. Miller should be here to stay.

It's nice having the real Bergeron back.

True, obviously it took him some time to get up to speed/ healthy. It's too bad his detractors will point to the first half of the season when he's clearly only playing like himself now

When he finds his game that line comes alive, as evidenced on this road trip

And the one place they are worse is goal scoring,so you can possess and defend your way right into oblivion,if you don't score.

Spooner hands down was the best forward player for me.

This was probably the most complete game I saw from him and Julien rewarded him by letting him play center with under 2 mins left in the 3rd. He made 2 excellent back-checks and poked the puck away from the Blues player at the blueline.

Let's hope this continues in Nashville...we need something from our 3rd line.

We just need to make sure we always have 4/7 games on the road if we make the playoffs. Ideally 5/7, but I doubt they'll make that exception for us.

Weirdly I live in the Boston area and have Sling, and the game was still blacked out even though it was on NBCSN and not NESN.

This is why a lot of people use illegal streams

I've been using my Xbox one, Microsoft edge, and streams from Reddit - 90% of the time the stream is good quality and barely skips - cable companies and networks need to wise up. I'd gladly pay a monthly fee to watch the bruins every night if nbscn and nesn provided a non - blacked out streaming service

I used to pay out the behind to charter and I lost about 6-7 games a season due to the service glitching out. And they were always difficult about it even though I knew it was their equipment and their service. Doesn't look like any of them will ever change so personally I hope they go out of business

that's weird. I have ps vue and live is Massachusetts. Game was on NESN. I should've checked nbcsn to see if it was blacked out.

I don't know if they'll ever go out of business. Because internet is what people want .
If somebody could make a reliable wireless internet system with no caps capable of over 100 mbps. Maybe for about $50 a month. That would help put them out of business.

Where I live all that's available is wireless internet. But its $80 a month and only 10 mbps. That's the main reason I ditched $120 directv bill and went to $35 Vue and firesticks.

Same here, it is great.

I was on the ferry from Vancouver and the MLB playoffs were one, I streamed it and had a couple guys sit with me watching it on a tiny screen.

Good times.
