Yes. That’s why I’m all for moving him. I know he’s injured- but that will be the norm for him. He has some hard miles on his body.

Once again, if we do nothing else but manage the puck better in the o zone the game is still 0-0, or maybe even 1-0 Oilers if one of the deferrals that ended in a turnover actually went on net.

It doesn’t seem to compute with this group that high zone turnovers in the o zone are gift rush chances the other way. Stop with the f***ing back passes, stop with the referee deferral to the point rather than working it low, and stop with the cute touch passes to nowhere.

He's trying to be too cute, and I notice he's sort of reverted to trying to pass directly through opposing sticks on the ice, which is what he was doing early in the season. Hope it's just a couple of rough games and not going to be a pattern going forward.
