I don't think Korpi has been that much better than Sway, but as for how he would go against the top teams, we don't know, because he doesn't get the opportunities. The Bruins seem to assume he wouldn't be up to it, but that's largely supposition.

Maybe they suck because he’s playing lots of minutes? He’s noticeably bad compared to previous years.

Difficult to win awards when the team relies on depth over talent in all areas aside from perhaps 3 players.

The workload probably has something to do with the financial commitment they have to Swayman! But again, keep going to bat for Mr Bizness and his .88 sv pct. He’s been great, well worth every penny

Sacco doesn't care what anyone makes. He's auditioning for a job & just wants wins. He's going to ice the team that he feels gives him he best chance to win.

BTW, Korpi has an .895 SV% this season and again it's been mostly against non-playoff teams
