I don't know what he said, but I'm guessing it's the now typical homer announcer (this goes beyond just the Bruins) that convinces you you'd have a first place team if you weren't always getting "screwed by the refs" and "bad luck".

I know what the rule is. It's a dumb rule. If the majority of the puck crosses the line, it should be a goal.
