Once again this team did not come to play and paid the price, it's becoming a real problem. That's on the coaching staff, whatever they are doing, it's not working.

Why is terrible Acciari back in the lineup ? We already have Nash in the lineup who brings no offense.

you know what would be nice? if the nhl actually made it so you could see the goaline.
they could even make the ice 1/2 inch lower inside tge net. then if pucks fall into that lower ice you know its in.

And if something went against the Bruins and wasn't reviewed he would complain about that. Just because the officials got this one right that both Jack and Brickley thought were wrong doesn't make replay bad

I know what the rule is. It's a dumb rule. If the majority of the puck crosses the line, it should be a goal.

The NFL is stupid about a lot of stuff, but their rule for TDs is good.

Why is that stupid? How much is the "majority of the puck" and how do you tell? That's even more difficult and ambiguous to call. Is it 51% in? 49% in?

Much clearer to say the puck has to be 100% in the net.

There are definitely flaws with the coach's challenge aspect of replay, but by in large, the league gets it right when it comes to goals and getting the call correct.

True, would rather not leave even more up to the refs.

Change it to any portion of the puck behind the goaline then. League wants to increase scoring don't they?

It's the right call, but I don't, and have never liked that rule.

No their problem is they are shooting something like 6% and can't score.

Defense has been fine for the most part.

If I added an actual skilled d man with decent size you would be shocked the difference in team play across the board. It all starts at the back end. That group on D man give nothing on offence.Krug gets assists but as a group they are over rated here because doing better then predicted.Which was to stink joint out .To many of them are one demensional with no foot speed

Since when has this franchise worried about how much or how little offense a player brings to the table?

Makes sense to me as is. Sticking a foot in the ocean is not "swimming."

The only thing worse than instant replay is when a league has it and gets rid of it. The NFL tried that and it was a horrendous failure.

I don't see why that's a bad statement. I also don't like instant replay. In any sport. I guess he's not allowed to have opinions, right?

Jack is obnoxious.

I am officially to the point of not being able to stand him. I actually respect his knowledge of the game (when you hear him speak outside of his PBP duties, he seems like a very intelligent guy), but his in-game commentary and idiocy makes it feel like I should be watching a cartoon.

Tie this in with the fact that NESN seems to be holding him and Brick by the balls in regards to honest criticism of the team and I just don't like the broadcast, as a whole.
