They need to trade him ASAP. His values probably as high as it’s gonna get.
They’ll trade him but man our D is so green. Im sure they don’t want to expose them the way they are with Matheson. Matheson’s basically canon fodder with offense.

Slaf has completely changed that first line, just like Dach did last year.
It was SO important to find someone for Suzuki and Caufield
And when we drafted him, boy did we hope he could be the guy

Honestly hasn't looked out of place at all next to Nick
And he seemingly finds Caufield at will too

Let's hope he continues to be the guy that unlocks that line
While Dach can center his own line (and maybe even share Caufield)

Slaf should have more points. He set up CC quite a bit but wasn’t rewarded.

27 points in 36 games.

Yes, teams would be interested. He could help quite a few actually and they wouldn’t use him as their number one as we’re forced to do.
True, but we've seen him earlier in Florida and he was just rather meh both offensively and defensively.

He's a dude that's probably a liability anywhere defensively, unless you can get a stay-at-home dman to be even more conservative, could be a solid number 4 for a good team.

Wouldn't get dealt during the season anyways, so maybe teams will forget his defensive shortcomings.

Nick continuing to dominate yet CC is much better offensively, Dach for sure was going to overtake him, and there are 30+ better centers than him apparently. The disrespect this guy gets lol.
I'm going to get roasted for this, but Suzuki plays offense a lot like Kucherov. Clearly not nearly at that level, but the way they think the game has similarities.
