Not perfect. But of course he and every goalie plays better in behind good defence.

Stu’s issue is “not enough big saves” I would agree. If you are saying he lets in multiple muffins per game, goals that shouldn’t go in, that’s simply not true, but seems to be narrative around here.
 
Do Anaheim guy tries to hit stretcher when he is already engaged. That gets the stick up

It doesn't matter how much we dominate, we will be down in pps 99% of games

Puck was headed right toward his pad. Until Nurse directed it away from pad and around the pad.

These aren’t excuses. These are the exact facts of what happened on that goal. I garantee you didn’t even realize it was deflected by Nurse, so get out of here with the excuse making accusations.

Every single stat of his being in the toilet suggests otherwise.

Pickard is the opposite of Skinner. Makes more of the hard saves but less of the easy ones.
 
We were terrible that period. The Ducks being the Ducks is the only reason the game is what it is on the scoreboard.

Play properly for a period then they can take the third off which I what they appear to be looking to do.

Not pretty, but they have the lead and there will be many chances to extent it. Good bounce back from. Pickard, but oof that first goal.
