Kreider early on period 1 and 2 has had chances to make contact/make a hit to separate a Cap from the puck in the ozone and he refuses to show any intensity or use his strength. I would never want a guy like that to be the Captain of my team. He just lacks fire and consistency. What he does have is amazing hands.

He knows how. He's done it lots of times. He just doesn't feel like it. It's hard to have any other conclusion.

Kuemper has barely had to move most of the game.......it's as if he knows where every shot is going to come from.
