Linesmen should be allowed to call penalties. I feel like there would be much fewer missed calls.

They are allowed to call a number of penalties... just not the routine minors that get missed and piss the fans off the most.

And really, I don't want to see MORE penalties being called. I just want the game to be called competently and equitably.
