They do actually. It's called incubation.

I don't want to go back to the draconian measures of the pandemic but there has to be something they can do about a tournament where so many guys are sick, not to mention hurt.

If they're gonna do this, they should take more time to do it. Let guys recover going to it and coming back. The NHL starts back up about 36 hours after tonight's game.

I don't think they anticipated how seriously guys were gonna take this. They're playing sick, playing hurt, and getting hurt.

Take another week. It beats the owners putting the kibosh on this entirely because their team came back in a box. That's what's gonna happen.
You're overthinking it. The flu will find its way into teams' locker room regardless of the tournament.

Kreids is a big game player. He is also a dandgerous offensive threat. Ive said my piece and would like to see him traded, but it doesnt have to go down like that if plays at the appropriate compete level and stops sulking. He can be much more phsyical and engaged. It's up to him. The Rangers are out of messages to send him that they need more. He is supposed to be leading this team.
I agree he's got that big game mentality, despite how down fans are on him right now. I mean he went off last year for the Rangers in big spots as well.

I also think hes more valuable when paired with the right players. He can stretch the ice and go to the net, but when you have the Tkachucks all over the place making plays as opposed to Mika and his timid approach, he's got the right amount of experience to be in the right place at the right time.

And theres always the defection factor. In tight, tough games it could come down to one of those types of goals and he's still one of the best in the world at it.

I just want you all to know, you are the only idiots whose takes on this game I’m interested in.

And yes, playing Kreider isn’t to controversial really, choosing Connor to be out sorta is. I did think it was funny to see Kreider on PP1 for team USA when he sometimes isn’t here.

Not falling behind early will be the big thing- you just know Canada will be making a big push

damn, Tkachuk and Foote taught those Pakistanis' how to play!

For those who missed it, they were showing Foote and Tkachuk swinging at each other with their sticks during a USA vs CAN game.
