He's trying to be Panarin, while having a completely different skill set then Panarin.

Realistically, my outburst tonight probably seems extreme, but this IS still the team that went to the ECF and won the President’s Trophy and you would have thought, at the ABSOLUTE MINIMUM, that after going 4-13 leading up to the break, a week off to rest, get some perspective, regroup, etc. this team would AT LEAST show up and give us 40ish minutes of a more vigorous effort. Coming out of the break looking like THIS on the heels of going 4-13??? Get absolutely f***ed. I will never cheer for a single player on this roster to have success, here nor for any other team, for the remainder of their lives. I hope they are all the perennial losers they’ve been in NY and that they play just as mopey, whiny, entitled, sad sack, baby shit soft hockey wherever they go and fail in every endeavor. Florida in the playoffs forces you to play fast or get run over. At least he responded to it.

Most of the lineup had to resort to just tossing the puck into the corner to survive, and then watching Florida play.
