Still could use a real xs and ohs coach, who can implement a real system and have set plays. When you have something to fall back on and don't have to think about what play you are going to make all the time, it comes faster. And that allows you to make the improvised plays faster as well.

I thought Lavy was that, but I guess not.

Helps to have players who can actually execute those plays.

Is he? He looks like a pretty mediocre one in every single facet imaginable. He’s basically Kyle Palmieri. Except Palmieri probably ends up having the better career.

Lavi is just another vibes coach. Gallant was also a babysitter. "Just go and play while I scream at Kakko."

David Quinn was also just vibes. "Good intentions," whatever that means.

Edge warned us about them hiring vibes coaches.
