Chyrun didn't only miss it. But that goal was from a closer distance than his shots normally comes from, though.

Blues bringing a lot more intensity in this first period and the Coyotes struggled a bit but did not sink. 1-1 is about fair.
As per their announcers, Blues with a 11 forwards and 7 D combo, and Thomas seemed a little hurt after that Schmaltz penalty. Some of their key forwards may have to play heavy minutes.
