I love Fox but what are you doing man just firing pucks in for a dump-in???

Then Strome too. Bangs a puck around the boards up to Panarin on the left point where he has to receive it on his backhand.

f***ing stupid. What was the strategy during the timeout??? Dump the puck in and chase? Why are we doing that when that doesnt play to the players we have on the ice???

It just doesnt make any sense. It doesnt. I cant stand Quinn.

Then why are we dumping it in? carry it in and take our chances; afraid of an empty netter? Awful last 2 minutes; coaching. The Caps were gassed and we made it easy on them.

I think Buch is a high probability to be moved.

For better or worse, one they opted to sign Kreider, it kind of steered the Buch decision in a clear direction. Now ideally, you sell high and maximize the return.

The 1st and 2nd period lost us this game. The team and the coaches weren't good enough for 66% of the game. Not an NHL product.
 
You want to win board battles 6 on 5. Where is Kakko? Strome has no place on the ice in that particular situation. Good coaches can differentiate. This guy? nope.

All y'all who said all you care about is Laf or Kakko getting counting stats, there you go. I can only assume you're all very pleased and aren't gonna bitch up a storm.

I’m ok with that for a hockey trade. But who’s gonna give us a good young power forward that is pretty cost controlled?
I mean edmonton could use a Buch their depth sucks

Exactly, it just feels like this coach puts players in spots where they are fighting their weaknesses instead of playing to their strengths. Everyone has to fit into one mold
 
What’s the point in leaving that first unit out for all that time? They didn’t generate a single thing, couldn’t maintain possession let alone generate a scoring chance. And then they’re all completely gassed with an OZ faceoff and 30 seconds left and instead of changing and taking advantage of the tired Caps, we leave our tired unit, who did absolutely nothing, out there.

Could’ve had fresh legs out there for the last 30 seconds. Couldn’t have tried Laf, Kakko, Chytil, Gauthier, Blackwell/Rooney and Trouba? Really?
