But you also need to show that you want to be at the helm. Laf has never really shown that, at least IMO.

They are, to their credit, but i don't think for a second that Devils players are thinking twice before trying another thing to get under their skin

Other top picks don't. Ours were put on the 3rd line, given 30 seconds of PP2 time per power play, and told they needed to learn to play defense.

And put in a room with some of the worst leadership among contenders in the league.
