I really can’t grasp why Steen is sitting out. He’s been a pretty effective 4th liner. IMO he’s been the gear running the motor of that line recently.

Anyone else watching via NESN 360? It keeps randomly repeating certain things, this has happened before but today its terrible. During the last NJ powerplay it repeated the ~10 seconds coming back from commercial a couple times, then the first face off a few times, then all of a sudden I missed the first 42 seconds of the powerplay. Its doing it even more/worse during this first commercial break. Just want to see if it's unique to me or if rebooting my modem is worth it.

It’s been a constant issue with the app. Another reason why I keep cable. I couldn’t fathom paying $30 a month for what is essentially worse quality than an illegal stream.

Yup, but that's pretty normal to me. The skipping has improved since I restarted the app and switched to the 4k stream instead of the HD stream, oddly enough. I use the HD stream to try to proactively avoid lag issues, but maybe their throughput for HD is garbage.

Pretty great for a 30/month product, but I don't have another (viable) option since I switched to Youtube TV years ago. Somehow I actually miss Comcast, but I have far too many TVs to go back to boxes & rented equipment.

Considering the Dev's speed and skill advantage, and Pochmara's bias, that was a very good period from the Bruins. I have one nitpick and one problem,however. Somebody tell 6 that when the goalie does not have his stick and you are within 35 feet, shoot the puck!

Also, Monty continues to play nothing but up tempo hockey. He shows zero adaptability, or maybe willingness, to change his style when warranted.

It is a good game, going back to it.

I cut the cable when NESN was still on youtube TV, then bought a new house that season and just went all in on smart TVs in basically every room (was a bachelor at the time...). I tried to do one year of Fubu TV but then they left that IIRC (plus I hated it). I'm too committed to the boxless world to go back so they steal $30/month for 7 months a year with this $5/month product.

This year I got the first two months for a dollar though, so I guess it'll average out a tiny bit more reasonably when I can cancel it in May/June.
