And I'm here to tell you that it's exactly what the "propaganda" says. Unless you have the money to go to a private hospital staffed by foreign doctors, you're better served treating it yourself. While in Moscow, I paid out of pocket at US healthcare rates to avoid the average Russian hospital experience after seeing how little the doctors knew at state hospitals.
