I'm cool with mistakes by posters, we all know what they mean. But it is astounding at how many mistakes are made by professional reporters in their tweets. Read it over once or twice and correct; hard to take them seriously when they post just like all of us schmucks.

And I'm here to tell you that it's exactly what the "propaganda" says. Unless you have the money to go to a private hospital staffed by foreign doctors, you're better served treating it yourself. While in Moscow, I paid out of pocket at US healthcare rates to avoid the average Russian hospital experience after seeing how little the doctors knew at state hospitals. There's a reason why a 20 year old male in Haiti has a better life expectancy than a 20 year old male in Russia these days - and this was true even before 2022. Around 1/3 of hospitals in Russia have closed since 2000, and the rest are on piddly budgets. Despite the majority of hospitals being state-run, most doctors won't see you without paying a bribe. Over a million dead from COVID, it goes on. Their system SUCKS.

Meanwhile, my sister recently almost died here in Winnipeg due to OUR system
