Just look at that lack of communication between Doughty and Regehr, more specifically Doughty chasing the puck out of his position. This is one of his worst games in the pros.
 
Well for once the Team at some point has to pick up Quick, he has carried them for three seasons now.

On an unrelated note, that is 10000000000% ****ing unacceptable. We play like utter **** but only down 2-1. Huge PP coming to get is back in the game. And Quick is typical Quick and lets in one of the worst goals in league history. Just ****ing terrible.

Wow, talk about overreaction. One of the worst goals in league history? They were only down 2-1 because of Quick.

Exactly my thoughts. Makes me upset. Quick is my favorite goalie in the NHL, won LA a Cup, and he doesn't even get the slightest bit of respect in this situation. Quick'll bounce back from this game, you can bet on it.

Hard to argue that Southern California has the worst sports fans in the country, **** like that is ridiculous and something you used to not see at Kings games, unfortunately in Southern California, winning attracts those types of fans, same thing happened to the Angels and USC football.
 
Meh. There are going to be fans that make fun of the situation. Most fans know what Quick means to this team, and if there is anyone that deserves a mulligan, it's him.

Hey now, chanting "Fire Kiffin" was a proud moment for USC fans, imho.

Did I EVER say that Quick wasn't playing bad? Try actually reading the post. I said the team played like ****. If I wanted to solo Quick out for playing bad before that goal, I would have. He wasn't. He was great. He did his job keeping a team in a game they have no business being in. But yes. That was easily one of the worst goals ever allowed in NHL history. If you want to try and defend that, it's on you. Cause I'm not calling Quick bad in the least but you can't tell that obviously. Just that ONE goal...that happened to totally deflate our only chance to get back in the game.
 
I'm a bit pissed at the team after the goal. You think they'd go balls out to save face for quick. What happened to the character of this team.
 
Do any of you remember this goal given up by Brodeur?



Looked so much like what happened with Quick tonight. It happens to the best of them, and it didn't rattle Quick one bit when he gave up similar goals in the playoffs. The people at Staples Center jeering him aren't fans, they're just Johnny Comelately ******.
 
Would love to see Carter ride shotgun on Kopitars wing for a couple games. Our only true super skilled players
 
Honestly Nolan has so much potential, the dude has phenomenal skills.
 
I'm not sure which fans are acting more dramatic.. the ones on this board or the ones at the game. Some of you really need to chill..

First thing in my head. And a prime example of awful goals not equaling awful goalies. But that's still one of the worst goals ever allowed as well. And that was worse cause that was in the playoffs.

Still ****ing deflating though.

I agree, I didn't like the mock cheer at all.
 
Wonder how long Sutter keeps this nice guy routine going.

At some point Sutter is going to start getting pissed at these mistakes.
