I think every single one of our players has regressed. They’ve certainly regressed in PPG (I had a post about this elsewhere), but also it seems just how they play. Maybe it’s the lack of depth/injuries putting pressure but I think it’s equally coaching, sadly. Or the lack of it.

I don’t know how you can expect an underskilled, soft, small team to play without a system. Its like sending a car made of glass into a brick wall.

If you are fundamentally flawed (underskilled, soft, small) then a system isn't going to fix you.

Players don’t suddenly learn how to be better at hockey. They’ve been developing since 8 years old.

Players find their groove from playing in a real system.
If hes here to develop that should be his role not head coach. He’s tanking the value of players
