I want to see the same energy level and passion from the Sharks. Pretty simple game plan...skate north/south, quick puck movement, physical on the forecheck, good puck placement.

I want to see little to no turn overs. We usually dictate the play until Clowe throws a cross ice pass at our own blue line, tape to tape, to the opposition, or Thornton does a drop pass to no one. Protect the puck, cycle well, no dumb passes, shots and traffic on net. Oh and a solid performance by Nemo.

AND DEMERS (PLEASE GOD).

The defense and forwards need to communicate better. If you see your dman collecting a puck on the backhand with oncoming forecheckers..don't take off out of the zone. The forwards have done this a lot. Now the dmen also need to move the pick quicker. Too many times they are standing still or reversing to their partner instead of moving forward..head up looking for an open man. Forwards also have to work harder off the puck to give the dmen good outlets. You can't breakout and move the puck standing still..thats what leads to the majority of the Sharks turnovers.

OK, fine you hate Galiardi, I get it, he's not super talented. But why Demers? He was actually FANTASTIC in the latest games he's played and was one of the best dmen on the team. WHY you mother****er WHY???

In his 1st year he was often the odd man out even though he produced pretty well offensively but that was understandable. Now he's in his 4th year and a vet yet he's still getting treated like a rookie. Is he still gonna be a RFA or will he be UFA when his contract is up? If he's an UFA, he's gone and I don't blame him. It's not just this year but it's going back to last year too. T-Mac really doesn't like him.
