Husso is a problem if the better goalie is sitting. You can say the same about the D with Ed in GR.

The team needs to play the best players possible.

He can not be trusted or relied upon

Husso kept us in the game in period 1, they outshot us 12-5. He should not be blamed. He was actually one of our best players. Larkin on the other hand.

Apart from the goal, Larkin was pretty bad all game.

Larkin was brutal.


Everyone expected the loss. Why are people surprised now?

I expected a loss and was happy to se we got a point. We didn't deserve it.

I sincerely hope Lalonde has a good mentor in his ear. He has some growing to do.

In general, coaches act like they get a free car if they don't use their timeout. Makes zero sense. I'd use one every single game unless I was up by ten.

The guys went up 4-0 thought they had it in the bag, took their foot off the gas, played crappy D. Husso cannot be blamed for the loss. It was the whole team including Lalonde. He should have called a time out after the 4-2 goal. 5-4 with 5 to play you have to shut it down. Like I have always said we have too many 3rd pair D. Time to bring up Edvinsson.

Husso let in 1 goal for every 6 shots over an entire game. Just because a player can be good at times doesn’t excuse them from critique when the end result is abysmal. Husso needs to come up big for more than just 40 minutes at a time every once in a while and he can’t even do it once.

Looked good offensively actually. Many good chances. Defensively, not so much, but that's never been his game.

Exactly! He should have been pulled after the third one. It is hard for goalies to bounce back from that, even if they are not to blame.
