We really didn’t generate anything. Was a slow deliberate start by both teams. The first 13 were actually pretty good. Then stu shitter happened.

Slamming them? I said they have their place but aren't some sort of Bible.lol now Keith bringing up fancies after slamming them all last week.
Gotta love it.
Of course they noticed. Knob called it out. How much that actually affects their play, debatable. It’s not just this game though. People are fooling themselves if they think players haven’t noticed that he’s been a junk goalie this season (and inconsistent otherwise)
The coach is “trying to get Skinny going” and is protecting him by saying positive hogwash. They must know he sucks too
Skinner made big saves and that allowed the Oilers to have some confidence and take over the game. Doesn’t happen enough.Colorado scored first that game too. We still put up a fight.
You only like fancy stats when they backup what you want them to.Slamming them? I said they have their place but aren't some sort of Bible.
In this case the eye test matches the fancies. If they were crushing Vegas and they were getting a bunch of saves then fine but they generated zippo.
Yeh that or we just started playing and pucks went in. If this team adjusts its performance on its fees fees for its goaltending we deserve to lose.Skinner made big saves and that allowed the Oilers to have some confidence and take over the game. Doesn’t happen enough.
And that doesn't explain the time prior to the 1-0 goal where they just sorta skated around like they were in practice.Of course they noticed. Knob called it out. How much that actually affects their play, debatable.
I bet Wedgewood gives them better goaltending than Skinner.Colorado has looked at 5 goalies this season so far... Oilers sticking firm with 2.
Imma guess that Colorado lets in less goals this year than Oilers when all is said and done.
That's not what the fancies say. Zero HDSC and a paltry .15 xgf
Yeh unless we assume that after .960 performance the team is still too afraid to play in front of Stu.And that doesn't explain the time prior to the 1-0 goal where they just sorta skated around like they were in practice.
Is his name Justin Quartz? They do. They added one much too late. I wanna say 2 years ago?
Vegas defends well. Getting sticks into lanes. Big zone time shift stunted on a needless soft play and Vegas is off to the races the other way. That said I felt they played a solid road period up to the goal and momentum flipped. Can't go down 2.Lots of zone time but they didn’t really do anything. Vegas didn’t really give up much. We gave up the lone high danger situation and low and behold it’s 1-0.
Someone else. I was pissed to find out we didn’t have one previous to the Campbell signing. Is his name Justin Quartz?
There are a lot of journeymen goalies who move every year and can tread water. That's all we needed.
You can’t play your game if you can’t allow any chances on net. It’s simple.Yeh that or we just started playing and pucks went in. If this team adjusts its performance on its fees fees for its goaltending we deserve to lose.
You mean he has a gaping hole between his legs?Skinner has the consistency of a girl on Tinder
As I already explained, you need to take the eye test and the fancies into account. The Oilers generated about as much as the fancies said they did: Nothing. You talking about fancies when they suit your argument isn’t a great look after last week.
