Well, on that PP, Schmaltz was lauded for parking in front of the net, with stick on the ice. While the replay was showing he was neither parked, nor had the stick on the ice. So no.

Idk if it's just me but I feel like Garland has looked off/sluggish in his moves since that injury.

He doesn't look in sync playing left wing. He only gets off good shots when he skates back to the right side. 3 right shots on the same line isn't working. Tocc is force feeding Kessel on the top line.

They need to move Kessel to the bottom line and put Garland back at RW. Put Fischer on the 1LW, handedness doesn't matter for him.

I think BA is just sitting back and assessing what he has on this team. I think the coaching change at the end of the year is a given. The players are on their informal PTO. Wouldn't surprise me to see Demers, Gologoski, Kessel, and Fischer to be traded for pittance. I think a full blowup is coming.
