He set up CC numerous times. It’s about time he’s getting some points.

Slaf have 4 points in his last 5 games. I hope he continue to produce like that !

He finally caught up to the NHL speed or close enough and now learning to use his body. His confidence is growing and it shows. Also, his linemates are finishing or can make passes, so that helps.

Saying that, some of his shots on net were on Suzuki's pass on line changes. We might see CC/Suzuki/Slaf again before the season is over.

Just because some posters are mad we didn't take someone else. They get super attached during the draft.. and Slaf was a last lock at #1. I had him above Wright for awhile, so of course I'm high on him. People were silly thinking his draft was a Connor Bedard year. it wasn't. It's going to take time. More like an Olli Jokinen type of development, though hopefully a little quicker.
