Hate seeing a team go through that much injury trouble. Even worse with them hosting.Honestly feel bad for the Czechs now. This has been a disaster for them.
For sure, but all they realistically had to do was get through this game without suspension or injury and rest up for the QFs. It's gone almost as bad as it possibly could for them, I'm glad Canada is winning but damn I feel bad for the fans.Does Czechs look emotionally drained from yesterday? They achieved the QF spot.
god I hate haytons face it's so punchable lol![]()
Not what I've seen. Sweden's response to Andersson was the opposite of what would happen in Canada.
When Sweden lost to belarus in 2002 one of the newspapers had the team in these bonnie and clyde like pictures with the caption "traitors" or something like that. Not what I've seen. Sweden's response to Andersson was the opposite of what would happen in Canada.
The _country_ did? Something's changed since then. Andersson was a hero for being patient in defeat.Sweden published the face of every one of their players on the cover of their sports tabloid with the word Traitor stamped across it after the loss to Belarus in 2002.
Feel for the Czech kids and fans. Hang in there!
So what happens if this goalie goes down? Is there such thing as an emergency goalie in this tournament?
