What a way to end that period. I’m a bit worried about Minnesota ramping up their physical play and getting dirty.

Man that was my biggest frustration with Laf, he wasn’t really setting up his teammates. Obviously small sample, but maybe he’s making the turn. He had some good setups in the playoffs too. This group has a ton of confidence right.
I think the complaint was no one was finishing his set ups.

They're playing fine. All three of those goals were grade A chances generated.

Two out of three of the goals we scored would have also been scored on Shesterkin.
The grounded take half this tread needed. Just wanted to reshare for anyone who couldn't read it and talk themselves off the ledge because Minny came out hot in their home opener, as you'd expect

I’d look for Minny to start getting physical this period to get back in the game. They have a ton of big boys. Watch for a Reaves/Middleton scrap.

Even if Laf stays with Panarin and Kakko sticks on line 1, still not sold on the third line assembled from the remainder.
