I just want to know what is the break-point where the KK gamble is admitted as failure. I'm not saying it definitively is- I just want to know as much as is invested in his success- how long do we "stay the course"?
He's signed long term at 3C money. Long term if he develops no further, he's the Jordan Staal replacement, strong defensively, but more offensive skill than Jordo. And he played well last night, got on the board, and looked like an offensive stud in preseason. He just turned 22. He's still got a lot of runway to get a lot better, too. And if he does, did I mention he's signed long term at 3C money with the cap expected to go way up?

And Nachos ties it!

Well he’s currently centering the only line on the team that’s scoring so maybe a little while

His defense compares to Jordo as his offense compares to Aho. To say he is Jordan’s replacement at 3C “but more offensive” is drastically underselling what Staal does on defense. KK can’t do what Staal can do.
