Watching that first goal by Rags, such awful D by Beau & Nesterov. Nesterov doesn't back off the line & Beau should never have dove for that puck.

Will the Habs step up and make this a series or will they fold like a cheap tent?

Habs PP. Another waste of 2 minutes very likely which is only helping the Rags defend their lead.

Agree with the Danault,Shaw, Lekhonen line. But why would take Galchenyuk, who you say is playing well, and give him the gift of playoff invisible Pacioretty ?

because as the only guy who might have the skill to maybe become a 1st line center it would be his responsibility to get Patch going. Patch has skills and a real 1st line center can (must) exploit that. With ott and martisen you can't ask much from him.

Shaw and pac on the first pp wave is a freaking disaster. Those 2 don't work out at all. You need talent and puck possession. Pac sucks at puck possession and Shaw has no talent. WTF

Someone like Radim Vrbata can really help us right now. Shaw is only on 1st PP unit because they need an RH player out there

I have been watching also and I don't think he has been that bad to be honest.

I think the guy just needs a support system

You won't get far defending Pacioretty on the forum.

He has the misfortune of being a very good player, but not a superstar. Apparently that's some sort of sin.

Fans are allowed to be angry.

I was at Game 1 and I couldn't help but think this city and its fans have note seen a competitive, legitimate version of the MTL Canadiens in decades. I'm not talking about Cinderella teams. I'm talking about a complete roster built by a competent management, that gets this city excited.

The fans have payed their dues, its time for some members of management (see: MB) to do the same.

To do that would require some years of utter pain. Don't see it happening. The money thing prevents it.
