If DL were to clean house, and be okay with sucking for the next 2-3 years to give the youth time to develop in the NHL, here is who I would keep, try to get rid of, and unfortunately stuck with.

After cleaning house, next year's lineup would look like this:

Not saying this lineup is better than what we have, but if we give them 2-3 years to play together and develop, we will be competitive again by the time they are ready.
