Ultimately, I don't hate that I missed 70% of this one.
Alex Tanguay is Detroit's PP coach! Hmmm great idea Don Sweeney should take notice and hire a PP coach ffs.

Meh. 2nd reg loss. Several guys who are usually very good not so good today. Glad to see Jake and Heinen pot goals. I thought the team played hard for the most part. Just didn't have "it." Going to lose some in this league. Losses have been rare past two regular seasons. Better be prepared tomorrow. Rangers are no joke and have some physical players.

Trent Frederic only Bruin to be a plus player (+1). Right place right time I guess.
Rookie's with a couple of big rookie mistakes.
Blame Swayman, he didn't steal this one.

Did B's win any faceoffs on power play or PK?

Look at this team as a whole. Now look at their record. How can anyone be upset? Save your unhappiness for the PO's.
Way too much reliance on the goalies, as some here have been saying for a while. Plenty of time for DS to make a couple of tweak moves.

Patrick Brown isn't good, but he's likely not the reason you'll win or lose hockey games.
Very suprised to see the Bruins big line have back to back stinkers, especially against a defensively weak Wings team. With all of the Bruins off season losses they need to be a lot better, if not spread the talent out. One positive for tomorrow's game, no Chris Rooney, have to capitalize before we get that clown again.
If Brown were any good he'd have had a Hat Trick FFS.... lol

Felt like they didn't win a draw all game, but checked the stats in it was pretty much even, so I think you're right, they didn't win any important faceoffs all game.

Details, details, details. They weren't there today, at both ends.
That shift after Heinen's goal was inexcusable. Immediately allowed Detroit to push back, attack our net, and force Carlo into a sloppy mistake that resulted in a quick PP tally and straight away it's a 2-goal game again. Can't have that.

Trouble with fast skating teams.
Trouble with heavy, physical teams.
Trouble with forechecking teams.
Must be a lot of teams in this league that can't do much of anything.
