A perfect shot is unstoppable. First goal was the definition of "stoppable". That 2nd goal by the Oilers is much closer to a perfect shot because it's practically bar down.
Ugh no. No shot is unstoppable.
I'm, er, in Dallas watching the Stars for 3 games *runsaway*
A shot is "perfect" because it goes in. That's just basic logic. Ever heard someone call a save a perfect shot?
Anyway, I'm not trying to get into a pi**ing contest with you. Agree to disagree.
I like McDavid and I'm excited to have him in the league, but the more I see him he is just Mike Modano and that says a lot about the state of the league.
I'm actually just more annoyed that he's looking at the refs every time he gets dumped.

You guys should check out the Oilers game thread right now, it's hilarious.![]()

Nolan hasn't fought in such a long time, he's forgotten how to throw a punch
McDavid is way quicker than Modano ever was.
You hit the nail on the head. They're also talking about basketball more than the game.if they're being brain washed by the oilers announcers I am guessing it is all about how LA is hooking, and slashing every oiler out there.
the announcers are very biased.
Example: When Martinez stick checked McDavind on the partial break. Was a great play, Martinez had the blade of his stick on the ice for Christ sake, but the oilers announcers claimed it was a hook. McDavid didn't even look pissed about it but they claimed he looked to the refs.
