Except they've been doing this from the start of the season. Lower expectations, a rash of injuries, but it's been like this from basically the 1st game. Certainly the 1st home game. The schedule doesn't help, but they already gave up a 3-0 lead at home to Vancouver. They can't seem to win in regulation if they give up even 1 goal at any point in the game.
12 shots so far, boy that's not enough.
I am starting to think, Age is taking a toll finally. This NHL, the current one, seems to be a young man's game.
I don't expect the third to be better given the situation.
Best possession team in the league laying an egg three games in a row shows how this team is hurting right now via both injuries and exhaustion.
I dunno, how real can exhaustion be 15 games into the season?

If you've ever traveled, you know what that alone does to your body. Playing 4 NHL games in a short amount of time in different stops can't be fun either.
If they still look out of sync, slow to the puck, and easily muscled after a game or two back at home, then I'll be worried. Otherwise, today's performance is about what I expected, if not worse on the shot attempt counter for sure. Yet somehow we're within a goal of a point.
Honestly shocked it's only 2-1, Good job of the Kings hanging within one.
Games starting to slow down. Kings bringing it back to their speed. I know that sounds really really bad, but the Kings style is about controlling the pace of the game and they are starting to do that. It's not inherently a negative.
Forbort is great today
