None of it matters when half of our forwards don't want to play or take pride in having 200 foot games.

This team is poorly constructed but I've seen numerous coaches before this one get more out of the talent they had then Bannister is doing. Andy Murray even got his team to the playoffs with a roster full of garbage. Bannister is just a bad coach.

Neighbors has been a ghost at even strength for much of the year and Buch is morphing into Craig Janney. The guy will not shoot.

Their philosophy has changed in the recent drafts. Went after high compete level players. It’s just going to take 2-3 years. I hope we suck and pick in the top 10 these next 2 years, then we’ll be ready to roll.
