I think the Cardinals are longer. Since they won't fire bowtie boy, it will be another wasted season. It will take another 3 years for the new regime to get back into shape. They have no elite upcoming talent outside of Winn & Walker looks like hes overrated.

The Blues have some good pieces and if they can move Kyrou and pickup some nice things in return, they could easily be back in the mix in a year or two.

The 2010s were good to us as a city (2011 and 2019 championships, multiple playoff trips), so we’re paying for it in the 2020s so far lol

I think the Cards have some really nice young building blocks especially pitchers with Matthews, Hence, Hjerpe, McGreevy

As much as I think once in a lifetime records are cool, I don't care to possibly see a guy who has already shot one Brad Boyes career more shots than Wayne or Brett take the mantle because he always looked for his shot. Kinda like the LeBron scoring record; still impressive but less so given the context.
