Gravel wasn't good
Forbort was slow
Greene actually played better than the two, and everyone knows how i hate Greene

Purcell & Setoguchi literally made passes to the opposing team

Lewis missed his opportunities as usual and King is useless meanwhile Shore is a GHOST!

that third goal on Budaj, forget who tripped him (im thinking Gravel? Shore? i forget but wtf!)

they were just skating in circles, no emotion, no energy

Matt Greene tripped on his own, Purcell tripped on his own....so many mental mistakes

The Habs HAD NO MENTAL MISTAKES

out the few shots the Kings had or were counted, many of them were from center ice or the blue line

was it toffoli or carter that couldn't lift the puck passed Price?

shoot low on Price? sure that'll work

and saying we're equal to Montreal isn't something to proud be of

i've seen a handful of MTL games, they are all about PRICE, TRAP, & PP

they've actually been playing poorly more nights than not

so us matching them last night only states that we also played poor, and from that perspective, yeah i guess we were equal (with Budaj vs Price being the difference)

however, despite our terrible play, Montreal played better

and that also added to the bottom line

i'm not mad, LA won't bring it every game, but to say that last night we didn't get bounces to go our way is a bit ludicrous

The Lack of speed last night was most evident in getting first to loose pucks. We can talk all about the 5 man unit and possession, and the puck moves faster than players can skate with it, but in hockey there a plenty of 50/50 loose pucks, and unlike other sports, the ball doesn't go out of bounds. When the puck was loose last night, the Habs were just a quicker team at getting to it.

I don't know who you're talking to, but if it's me, I'm agreeing with all of that. I'm just saying we were a break or two away from being in the game. I'm not 'mad' or complaining about the bounces, it's just a statement, and it's probably better that we lost than that, for example, we got bailed out by Budaj or something. Playing well and losing is better in the long term than playing like **** and winning.

i'm just talking to myself like i usually do

I see it took one game to go back blaming guys that make 600k-2 million.

Folks this team can't relay on the bottom six players, and the Purcell/King/Seto's of the hockey world.

The bus has to be driven by Kopitar/Doughty's....They have to drive the bus.

Carey Price is driving that MTL bus, all by himself pretty much.

Kopitar has two goals in 14 games...That's not enough, regardless of who is on your wings.

Also the roster has some young guys on D, Forbort/Gravel are going to have games like that.

Everybody has to expect that. That is the price you pay to insert youth into a lineup.

Sticking too my prediction that Purcell is done in this league. The guy has nothing left.

It's like a tractor pull. The sled is going to win.

Didn't realize there's hockey in an hour!

I refuse to look at the bottom 6 as players who aren't capable of anything because of how much money they make. I'm a fan not an accountant.

The Bottom six is currently producing just fine.

The top six has to drive the bus. Unless you are perfectly fine with Top six struggling to produce much of anything.

Then by all means, continue to blame guys, that are not paid too or expected too carry the Kings to victory's.

Kings are 10-50-11 all time in Montreal.

That's pathetic and hilarious at the same time.

It's as if the Canadiens were well-aware of this. :help:
