Hey, can you guys help me out here?

I was told that Carter is "un-clutch" and he doesn't score big goals.

anyone else think Hall isnt that good?

Hall is the only guy I think they have that will be dominant.

I don't think RNH or Ebbs is going to be consistent.

RNH and Ebbs wilt when the game gets Heavy.

Hall is willing to bang.

No, hes the driving force of that team. Id take Hall or Eberle over any winger on the Kings, yes even Brown

Eberle yes, Hall no imo. Carter> imo.

Hall is only the driving force because that team has no leadership or gamechangers that aren't on that line. (yak may be soon)

He wouldn't have near the impact on the Kings...

I think Eberle is going to be an amazing player. He may not have the best totals of those three when all is said and done, but he'll have one amazing career.

scuderit thought they outplayed them for most of the game wut????

Its weird to say...but look at the shot totals. I think we get our group think and negativity in here and miss the games some times.

I mean, more shots, more hits, more faceoff wins.

As for the game, this shows the type of team we can't handle as well with our style. We win on grinding out opportunities, and that requires size. Size doesn't equate to speed, and the Oilers and Hawks have that, especially the Oilers. We had trouble keeping up when the puck started moving the opposite way quickly.

Adding some speed to our wings will help. I could see DL making a deal once we get A-Mart back and know better off where Willie and Green are at for a forward with some speed.

Funny Richardson didn't get to play tonight over someone like Penner.

faceoffs i'll give you as they were dominat. but more hits against edmonton isn't saying much.

though the kings had more shots the oilers had a lot more quality chances.

We dominated at faceoffs, but most of our shots on goal were from the perimeter and were stopped easily. Edmonton definitely had much better scoring opportunities

Hall had a ton of chances tonight. Good game overall, I hope Sutter keeps Richards and Carter together, Stoll looked good, really the only glaring problem from the forwards is still Brown. Outside of that one hit, where was he?

We owned the faceoff circle, but overall the game was pretty back and forth. i wouldn't say we outplayed them either.

Nothing was stopped easily tbh. Kabby was brutal tonite toooonnnnnssss of rebounds.

Kopitar is more glaring than Brown.

I think Carter put that to rest after scoring 8 goals in last years Cup run. I THINK, but maybe some Flyers fans still think differently :)

Honestly, we did just fine out there today. We were going shot for shot with a faster team, and in so doing we maintained most of the possession, were physically superior, owned most of the shots, and won the faceoff war. Along the way both goalies made some great saves and kept it from getting out of hand.

We are going to have to get used to the Kings winning games like this. It is going to be a little more firewagon than we are used to, but that's just the way things are until we get better defensive help.

I guess I need to watch some more oiler games. I would take rnh or eberle over hall but maybe I am missing halls good games

Sutter really needs to put kerosene on Kopitars butt and get a fire lit under him.

I will take that win.

Carter is money, plain and simple.

Our offense needs to pick up badly, hopefully they can build off this game, especially since a back to back maybe they can keep the mojo going more easily.

Not even gonna sugarcoat it, I'm so glad Carter sulked his way out of Columbus. Been our best player all season.
