With Forbort, I just see nothing about his game that I see leading to a successful NHL defenseman. He doesn't have to be a Doughty or Voynov or Muzzin or Martinez, but at least show you could do something useful, like McNabb does using his size. Be assertive, show some intensity. I see none of that in him and that is something intrinsic that he lacks.

And I guess incidental contact is now an interference penalty? Some weak ass calls the Kings have been nailed with in the last two games.

Again, you are not bringing up anything new about this. A lot of people on this board agree that Tarasenko should have been the pick.

That's drafting in the NHL. It's a crap shoot literally. You are going to miss on picks, it's going too happen.
