That's one thing I've never understood. If a player dives, he wasn't fouled.

They've never fixed that. It's the same thing with goalie interference. You can get a goal called off, but not necessarily a penalty. This is turning into a gong show. I really want to know what a soft spoken guy like Sullivan did to get a 10.

I don't know the rules, but what is the rule about goalie interference to put you into the box compared to a goalie interference that just gets a goal called off?
