Brass.... I'm on low profile right now but that statement is crap.... we have no clue what Prospal would have let happen... or even be able to control.. come on.

Sarcasm. He was being sarcastic, me thinks.

I don't really get into the doomsday day-to-day crap. I'm glad to see this team doesn't quit. I still enjoy watching them. Whole different attitude than prior Jacket squads. Pens are elite. At this stage of the rebuild game, we will be lucky to split. Zheesh. No wonder folks bail from game day threads.

I understand what you are saying but it is so frustrating that after 12 years we only made the playoffs once and got swept by Detroit there. Pretty much what happen with the Atlanta Thrashers. It was so bad that they couldn't even sell out 50 percent of their arena which is why they moved to Winnipeg.
How much longer will the Blue Jackets remain the Jacksonville Jaguars of the NHL.

Until they build an organization that is able to win, they will lose. It's not like things are just going to change overnight.

Not exactly sure why Jared Boll is in the lineup tonight. Not seeing energy, nor hitting, nor fighting...No spark. Instead Blake Comeau tries to do his job. I know that Boll is a fan favorite, but I just don't see it, never have, probably never will.

Seems like we always have one ****** pass in our breakout. Not necessarily a bad read resulting in a turnover but a pass that's tough to handle or out of reach. That's really killing our opportunities to give our goalie a break and to increase our transition offense.

Yeah, unfortunately it's been a Jackets staple for several years now.

I haven't seen you say anything about anyone else than Bobrovsky tonight, except on MacKenzie's goal.

Came back from dinner late to see the 3 goal parade.

Fwiw I do agree with you that the defense has been really bad and the culprit for a lot of the bad goals this season. Bob masked a lot of that last season. Unfortunately he hasn't returned to that high level of play yet this season outside do a few games. Tonight he looked out of position, which is very unlike him.

I actually think we've been dominating for most of the game. As usual I have no idea what game most of you folks are watching.

Seriously? Were you even here under Arniel?

Dominating is strong but I do think we have played better than them save that 5 minute span where they scored 3 goals.

You're not alone, many posters expressed the same sentiments when he was inexplicably resigned to that ungodly extension.

To me it goes beyond effort. Sure they don't quit, that's admirable, but it's the little errors that drive everyone crazy. There is a little bit of panic in our own end, sloppy passing, etc. that is frustrating. Saw it in person Sunday against Anaheim. You can always tell how this team will play based on their play in their own zone.

Dominating? Not even close, but they're not close to quitting, either.

Sorry but we've dominated possession and generated good chances for the whole game except for a couple shifts here and there. If the goaltending was the same we'd be ahead in this game.

I believe we have the management in place to make this happen. I will afford them patience.

The jury is out on the players and coaching. I will afford this group a little more patience.

Perhaps you need to go to an eye doctor. Or a psychologist. Boll has leveled a half dozen solid hits tonight.

But.... we do have a vaild organization now.... the best run organization since the CBJ formed... It's unlike me to say this but we must be patient...

Heck, we are missing Calvert, Horton and Jenner.... that is huge.

The Pens announcers are continuously talking about how Boll keeps rocking their players with hits.

He is dead weight on a team full of boat anchors at the moment. The occasional fight is cool, but he doesn't really belong in the NHL.
