Btw the worst plus-minus in a game by a Habs is -6
Malakhov in 1997 and Steve Shutt in 1984

I've been watching the Habs for 23 years, and on this board since 2002. The narrative has NEVER changed. I can't recall a single season where people didn't hate the coaching. And I'm willing to bet it's been like this for a hundred years. At some point, you gotta start thinking the problem is you.
But if it helps y'all feel better about the state of affairs, hey you do you.
when @montreal is posting this...I start to get scared. lol.it's still so early that anything can happen but when you look at the early results from Cooley, Kulich, Michkov to what Slaf, Mesar and Reinbacher are doing, I think it's safe to be a little concerned.
But Reinbacher could end up the next Weber and Slaf/Mesar could be good NHLers one day, who knows but boy are there some red flags popping up. If I'm Hughes/Gorton I don't think I would be sleeping as well cause if they did f*** this up ala KK/Galchenyuk, etc... it's just going to push things back even further as we must find high end players somewhere.
And when I say that...I'm negative....Reality is this....Martin Lapointe has proven nothing. Bobrov doesn't have a good track record. And a lot of the amateur scouts from the Timmins era are still there. Including the Euro scout in charge in Rockstrom.it's still so early that anything can happen but when you look at the early results from Cooley, Kulich, Michkov to what Slaf, Mesar and Reinbacher are doing, I think it's safe to be a little concerned.

I thought he was absolute fire starting the season. Night and day, he should quit the dangling is he’s not well.He has been a give away machine for most of the year so far…..especially since he’s been back from the IR.
It would make sense but hes the first PK option lol... so really theyre just f***ing dumb.Probably not. I understand your frustration with how they're managing Guhle's ice-time. Not sure whether they're right in holding him back, would want to see him on the PP.
Us? Good. Matheson? Jesus christ I can even start to describe how bad he is.Missed the first period.
So how we doin’?
Great.Missed the first period.
So how we doin’?
Go back to whatever you were doing. It's better than this.Missed the first period.
So how we doin’?
I don’t know about that, I hold on to my stocks until they’re worth Pennies and then I panic sell them and it’s working out pretty well so far…wait.Should've traded Anderson when his value was high, not when it's tanked.
Come back to 'Jeer the Skating Dead'I shut the game off so I could catch up on Fear the Walking Dead. Yes. That’s how bad the Habs look tonight!
Oilers coach’s face creeps me out for some reason.
I just had to share that news, carry on.
We got them right where we want 'em.Missed the first period.

This team is extremely unmotivated, if Marty doesn't start to show his teeth soon we re drafting 5-7 which means zero improvement over a full yearThey all have to go. Marty himself is an assistant at best. He is not a legit NHL coach. Sorry... he is Slaf of NHL coaches. He needs to make his dues in order to learn. It's just a matter of time before all fans and media turn on him. He is a good guy no doubt, but he does not belong. The team is NOT improving in any one area. Not one.
